LOTUS POND – A PHOTOGRAPHIC STUDY
This photographic study attempts to describe in images the complete yearly cycle of the Sacred Lotus. Sacred Lotus blossoms appear in an old mill waterworks along Boston Neck Road near the Hamilton, Rhode Island village every summer.
I believe the monochrome images allow the viewer to see past the splash of color, allowing for a deeper appreciation of these wonders of nature’s meditative elegance and beauty.
